Activus™ is a company that studies and designs models for the improvement of the management of organizations, helping them to achieve their objectives and also aiming at the welfare of the entire community.

For this it makes use of the discipline called Business Engineering, which is a branch of industrial engineering with a strong contribution from Economics and Business Sciences, and whose objective is to optimize the performance of organizations.

It is based on three pillars: organizational management, process management and 4.0 technologies. Activus offers professional solutions for the Analysis, Planning and Execution of Projects and Processes, with a standardized, systemic and quantitative approach.

OUR TEAM

After the first year of operation, it incorporates as a new Business Unit, business consulting, seminars, courses and training workshops, which is currently its only activity.

Since then, the company has developed its activity having as a fundamental premise the permanent research and innovation in processes and projects, in order to satisfy the expectations of its clients.
